Ready to Change Your Life?

Follow these steps to Lose Weight, Avoid Cancer, Diabetes, and other Western Diseases.


  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Meat (preferably grass fed and pastured)
  • Seafood (preferably wild caught)
  • Nuts (peanuts are not nuts)
  • Seeds


  • Grains (rice, wheat, oats, corn, and quinoa)
  • Legumes (SOY, Peanuts, Beans, etc)
  • Dairy (that includes skim milk, cheese, cream, etc)
  • Sweeteners of any kind (honey, agave nectar, Splenda, Equal, NutraSweet, xylitol, stevia, etc.)
  • Alcohol (if you must drink, avoid beer and grab a NorCal Margarita but do not drink to excess)
  • Processed foods aka things in packages. 99% of packaged items contain large amounts of sugar, soy, dairy, and very little nutrients.


Find something that interests you. Whether it is Yoga, Crossfit, Boot Camp, or a local soccer team. Get out and move your body, because if you don’t use it you loose it.


Sleep in a Dark Room – No TV, lights, or LED’s on while sleeping.
