Once again here is a study that is a complete waste of time and an insult to your intelligence.

Too Little Exercise, Too Much TV Tied to Depression.

  • Did we really need a study on this? Wake up! Get outside, get some vitamin D, exercise, smile, and socialize. TV IS NOT SOCIETY

One another note, this study was well done and goes deeper. How Does Exercise Benefit the Brain? Why?

  • “…blood samples taken throughout the experiment offered a biological explanation for the boost in memory among the exercisers. Immediately after the strenuous activity, the cyclists had significantly higher levels of a protein known as brain-derived neurotrophic factor, or BDNF, which is known to promote the health of nerve cells. The men who had sat quietly showed no comparable change in BDNF levels.”

On another note –FAT DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT. I know this theme is hammered a lot but it needs to be. You need to share it with those holding onto bran muffins while scared of cholesterol.
