Sitting All Day

I am sure we all agree sitting down all day, or even the majority of the waking hours, is not a healthy option for our bodies or minds. If you need some more convincing check out this great info-graphic at MASHABLE

I realize many of us have jobs that require us to sit but doing good exercise and mobility/stretching is a MUST to ward off the ills of sitting too much. Check out some effective and fast mobility regimens at MOBILITY WOD. The main part of the body to focus on for fixing the wrongs of sitting are the hips, shoulders, and lower back.
