Jack Lalanne

The godfather of health and exercise, Jack Lalanne, has now passed into Legend status. He died January 23, 2011 at 96 years YOUNG.

He was speaking the good word of exercise and eating correctly before health became a craze and industry in America. The athletic feats he accomplished after the age of 50 would be impossible for most Americans in their 20’s

He called out all you SUGAR-HOLICS before the medical community took initiative.

Unhappy? He called you out back in the day.

He was wise enough to understand what a canine SHOULD eat. Not all this grain based crap you are feeding your animal which is actually killing it.

Watch more of his great speeches and videos. Listen to him. He lived by what he preached. It is a lifestyle not something you get on and off of like a fad diet or “just to loose ten pounds”.  WISE UP!

Think of it like this – He was in better shape in his 70’s than you are right now. He could move without suddenly being out of breath, had strength, wisdom, and laughter. What are you doing with yourself? If you really like being out-of-shape and not being able to do anything physically, compounding health problems, and don’t like looking good naked….fine do what makes you happy. But there are people out there that change their LIFESTYLE for the better.

“You don’t have to call it God or Jesus. That’s religious humbug to a lot of people, but you’ve gotta believe that nature and spiritual things surround us. That is what put us here! I thank the universe for that every day of my life.” – Jack Lalanne
