What does this have to do with you?

More reason not to take these pills. You don’t need them. If you find yourself needing Rolaids, Tylenol, sleep aids, pain killers, etc you should change your lifestyle and diet, not take more pills.

GET OFF THE PAIN KILLERS

  • “Taking an anti-inflammatory drug of any kind makes tendons and ligaments weaker, and stops muscles from getting stronger.” – KSTAR
  • “NSAIDs have been shown to delay and hamper the healing in all the soft tissues, including muscles, ligaments, tendons, and cartilage. Anti-inflammatories can delay healing and delay it significantly, even in muscles with their tremendous blood supply. In one study on muscle strains, Piroxicam (an NSAID) essentially wiped out the entire inflammatory proliferative phase of healing (days 0-4). At day two there were essentially no macrophages (cells that clean up the area) in the area and by day four after the muscle strain, there was very little muscle regeneration compared to the normal healing process. QUALITY

You never know what is in those pills or what the factory is like. Most factories that manufacture them are over seas, like Puerto Rico. And it takes years before someone uncovers the real dangers and what slips into these bottles. There is horrible quality control in these plants (even in the states) and anything can get into the pills like dead animal parts (rats, roaches) or even Paint. The actual DOSES are often wrong! It is all HYPE and Marketing. These companies don’t care about your health. They want more pills to be consumed and their stock to go up. Get it through your head! You Don’t need the pills.

You have no idea the quality of the pills on the shelves. But you can use quality food for your medicine.

DANGER

These pills are all very dangerous. If you take too many, you die. So if it will kill you in large doses, what will it do over time with smaller doses? Is that not scary? You will never die from eating Grass Fed meat, Wild Caught Fish, and Vegetables.

  • Children are particularly at risk for accidental overdose and account for over 1 million poisonings each year.
  • According to Dr. Yin, “The malicious administration of pharmaceuticals should be considered an important form of child abuse.”
  • Dr. Leffers (Denmark) did research on the use of mild painkillers (like ibuprofen) during pregnancy on new born males. What did he find? The reproductive systems in the new born boys had undescended testicles, which is a huge red flag for testicular germ cell cancer risk and poor semen quality.
  • Taking pills such as Tylenol PM significantly increases the risk of cognitive impairment
  • Taking Sleeping aids decreases the quality of sleep by not allowing normal REM cycle time.
  • Addiction to many of the pills – Sleeping aids, cough syrups, etc
  • ULCERS – Did you know, the second major cause for ulcers is irritation of the stomach arising from regular use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs
  • Once again the medical community is at odds with the marketing corporations. The companies say to take over-the-counter pain killers like aspirin daily to reduce risk of heart attack….or to make them more wealthy… There is no truth to taking these pills to reduce heart attacks. The side effects of taking these pills for the long term greatly out weigh any small benefit. No one should take these pills. But you should cut out sugars, grains (wheat especially), and dairy to reduce heart attacks.  Don’t take your Aspirin with your whole wheat muffin and skim milk. Read more HERE or HERE

  • Arthritis? Get off grains and Dairy
  • Headache? Get off caffeine, sugar, and artificial sweeteners.
  • Muscles are sore? Move around more, get off grains.
